Travel fees apply for out-of-office sessions. A 3.5% processing fee applies to credit and HSA card payments. Payment is due at the initial evaluation. Sessions canceled within 24 hours or no-shows will be charged 50%. Sessions are non-refundable and must be used within 3 months.
