Preventative care billed annually. This appeals to those who want to stay active, condition their bodies, or identify and treat potential injury risks. Together, we will work on monthly strategies to reduce injury risks so you can have the life full of vitality you deserve.
What you will receive in the Membership:
An annual initial musculoskeletal exam, quarterly screening and monthly treatment.
New exercise prescription monthly.
Discounted 10% off any additional treatment packages, and $5 off each weekly in person yoga class.
Check-ins and guidance between sessions via TrueCoach.

Coupons for additional packages and yoga classes will be provided upon signing up. It is required that your annual musculoskeletal exam be scheduled within 30 days upon signing up. You will receive contact from your practitioner within 2-3 business days to schedule, and you will be guided on how to use TrueCoach for your exercise prescription. There are no refunds and payment cannot be transferred to other services.
